A recruiter screening a stack of CVs works from a mental checklist: relevance, seniority, evidence, stability, language fit. Candidates almost never see that checklist before they apply. We built HireGPS to write that checklist down as rules and score your CV against it, so you can act on it before you submit.
HireGPS is built by its founder, Beyzanur Ateş, a talent acquisition specialist with more than a decade across the full recruitment lifecycle, and its co-founder, Volkan Şark.
WHAT WE BUILT
Recruiter logic. Written down.
HireGPS writes recruiter logic down as deterministic rules: eight scoring categories, a catalog of forty named risks, persona-adjusted weights across 29,400 role profiles. Run the same confirmed CV against the same role twice on the same engine version and you get the same score, the same risks, the same ranked actions (what can still move it). No sampling noise in the score. Just recruiter logic turned into arithmetic: written down, auditable, and yours to act on.
What we won't do.
- Invent numbers, credentials, or claims. The rewrite engine is built to leave a marked blank where a fact is missing.
- Use your CV content to train any AI model.
- Read protected attributes (age, gender, ethnicity) in the scoring engine.
- Judge visa rules or local employment law. Work authorization counts only when a job posting asks for it, and only from your own answer.
- Make the hiring decision. We score your CV against the rules; the call is always yours.
