Billing & cancellation
Billing depends on where you subscribe. On the web app (hiregps.app), payment is processed securely by Stripe. You are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. When the iOS and Android apps launch, billing for those subscriptions will be handled by Apple or Google directly.
If you subscribed on the web, open Settings in your HireGPS account, then Plan & Billing > Manage subscription, and select Cancel subscription on the billing screen. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play (when available), cancel through your device's subscription settings. In both cases, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the Free tier. Your data is not deleted.
If you bought on the web, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason: use "Withdraw from contract here" in Plan & Billing, or email support@hiregps.app. This covers your first subscription purchase and any analysis credit pack. We refund what you paid minus the part of the plan you already used: the analyses you ran, out of those your plan includes. Renewals are not refunded, so cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google through their standard refund processes.
On the web app, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely by Stripe. When the iOS and Android apps launch, payment is handled by Apple or Google, supporting all methods available in your region.
