Premium includes up to 10 analyses per monthly period, which resets on the day of the month you created your account. Most users run 2–4.
Billing & cancellation
Billing depends on where you subscribe. On the web app (hiregps.app), payment is processed securely by Stripe — you are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. When the iOS and Android apps launch, billing for those subscriptions will be handled by Apple or Google directly.
If you subscribed on the web, open Settings in your HireGPS account, then Plan & Billing > Manage subscription, and select Cancel subscription on the billing screen. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play (when available), cancel through your device's subscription settings. In both cases, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
You keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the Free tier — your data is not deleted.
If you subscribed on the web, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and we will issue a refund. Renewals are not refunded — cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. One-time analysis credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if your credit balance still covers the whole pack. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google through their standard refund processes.
On the web app, we accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others — processed securely by Stripe. When the iOS and Android apps launch, payment is handled by Apple or Google, supporting all methods available in your region.
